SSLC Cancellation Policy

At Simply Skin & Laser Clinic, your time is incredibly valuable to us—and so is ours.

To ensure every client receives the care and attention they deserve, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Unfortunately, cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee, as last-minute changes leave little time to offer the appointment to someone else.

Moving forward, all 1hr+ appointments will require a $50 pre-payment. This deposit will be deducted from your total at checkout, or can be held on file to cover the cancellation fee if need be in the future. We won’t be able to book 1hr+ appointments without this deposit.
